All orders are processed within 3–5 business days prior to shipment.

This timeframe allows our team to carefully prepare, quality-check, and securely package each item before dispatch.

🚚 Shipping Timeframes

United States Orders are shipped via trusted carriers such as USPS or FedEx. Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days after processing.

International Orders Estimated delivery time is 7–15 business days, depending on your destination and local fulfillment operations.

⏳ Please note: Delivery timelines may vary due to customs inspections, weather conditions, peak seasonal demand, or unforeseen global logistics delays. We appreciate your understanding.

🔍 Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, a tracking link will be sent via email.

You can also track your order at any time through our Track Your Order page.

❌ Cancellations & Address Changes

Requests for cancellations or shipping address updates must be submitted within 24 hours of placing your order.

To cancel your order, please email us with the subject line: “CANCEL MY ORDER” 📧 peddifystore@gmail.com

Address change requests must also be made within 24 hours. Once an order has shipped, changes are no longer possible.

🚪 Delivery Attempts

Most carriers will attempt delivery up to two times.

If no one is available to receive the package, it may be returned to the sender.

Please ensure someone is available at your shipping address to avoid delays or returns.

💥 Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, we’re here to help.

  • Your order number
  • A clear photo of the damaged or defective item

We’ll arrange a free replacement as quickly as possible.
